How to proceed?
Hello colleagues. I worked for the state 1.8, today I wrote for dismissal (they called me a jun to another company where conditions are better, they pay more and in general it’s just an IT company, not a state one)
Further, after he brought the application to the boss’s table, he was shocked, that is, I did not expect that I would leave. He began to ask about the salary, said that if he raises it, can I stay and said to wait in the evening and pick up the application either with his signature or without (if we agree on some conditions), just recently most of my colleagues began to look askance at me, supposedly I betrayed them, everything would be fine, but I need to finalize 19 days.
How should I behave in order not to spoil the relationship? Suddenly, in the future, we will meet again in IT. And tell me how to do it right, I can just write an application for time off without pay and forget about it all.
At the moment, I'm thinking of collecting an archive of files (prepare for the next admin, prepare a readme so that the roll-in is less painful than it could be) and probably just sit and do my own thing throughout all these days.
Thank you in advance for your response.

We'll meet again in IT later on.
Recently, most of my colleagues began to look at me askance.

Well, when you leave, you need to put things in order and write to the dock.
Well, since you should put down a couple of three cases of beer, it will never be superfluous.
Again, why look askance, you are doing your job diligently.
When I quit my first job in the state, I just quit on the very first day when they gave me a new offer. and wrote off 14 days of working off as time off, but there things were in order for me.
most colleagues look askance at me, as if I betrayed themahaha jun betrayed the juns, what a tearful story =)) don't they cry there by any chance?))
I need to finish 19 dayskek, this is no longer practiced anywhere, they are fired on the first day. Scoop))
everything would be fine, but I need to finalize 19 days.- call a doctor, cough - they will give you a sick leave and stay at home for these 19 days if you have such a fine mental organization. Your colleagues, if they were your friends, should understand that the fish is looking for where it is deeper. And if they do not want to understand this, then they are not your friends and do not care about their opinion.
