Formation of salaries for web developers?

Good day. When I sit on the Toaster, there are two columns below - one with vacancies, the other with orders from the exchange. But what surprises me is that the salaries in the first column are quite normal 60-80t.r, but orders on the exchange are a maximum of 5000-6000r. moreover, high requirements for the order, the risks that they can throw, get caught by an inadequate client, etc. Can you please explain why there is such a large income gap?

Good question!
I was interested and received a number of answers from the Customers themselves. So, to say, their worldview in this regard.
On the part of the Customers:
1. Since you work as a freelancer, you are a sucker, because you could not get a job anywhere.
2. If you are a freelancer, you are a slave who earns money so as not to die of hunger. So you don't have to pay much for anything.
3. There are no guarantees for us that you will do everything in good faith. We do not understand how to do it ourselves and, at the same time, we want to save a lot.
4. (About time) We evaluate not the complexity of the project and your skill and experience, but time, which cannot be more expensive than the freelance median in this area.
5. We need faster because it turns out cheaper for us, because. we estimate the time, not the complexity of our project.
6. All freelancers are low-skilled slaves.
7. Everyone who thinks he is experienced and will ask for more will be out of work, because. high competition and there is a large selection of performers on the market for a penny.
8. Freelance is IT slaves for our business.
9. We are always looking for those whom we can deceive in terms of payment for work and they are almost 100%.
10. It costs us nothing to reset the payment amount at any time, citing the threat of a negative review.
11. We do not value reputation, unlike freelancers.
12. You don’t do anything yourself: you take everything ready-made from the github. What are you paying for?!
(and we can go on and on...)
And the question immediately arises:
Should we expect an increase in the income of IT freelancers and when?
The answer is simple: when all IT people understand that you need to appreciate each other's work, that they are not competitors to each other, but a single whole "organism" that can stand up for itself and feed, regardless of place of work and income.
Bottom line: No need to work and "break" the eyes of those who do not understand this, and therefore do NOT APPRECIATE!
In the meantime, divide the quality of your labor costs into "bread" and "work" and immediately announce 2 amounts to customers.

You just see in these columns the demand for the most popular product. For hiring - these are middles, for freelance - simple one-time orders. If you analyze the situation more deeply, you will see in hiring a huge number of juniors who agree to work in kind for food, and you will see freelance performers with a rate of $100 per hour.

Good.
1. Orders for 5-6 tr. it is quite possible that they do a couple of days on their knees on the "fuck off".
2. You do not take into account experience and time. It is possible that for 80 tr. quite a middle will be, for which freelance orders for 5-6 tr. do a couple of days.
3. The cost of the order can be completely increased (sometimes by an order of magnitude - as agreed).
4. As already mentioned above - perhaps they are taken for a part-time job, or the Indians for nothing.
5. If you think that for you 5-6 tr. humiliating and offer some kind of garbage, then this is just the advantage of freelancing - you may not respond to this order, but look for something to your liking.

A freelancer always has a relatively passive income. Who has already gained a little experience, he sits on the exchanges only to find adequate customers.

you are comparing two columns with numbers on a toaster.
They have a very indirect relation to the situation with the "formation of developers' salaries" in general.
If we talk specifically about these two columns, the gap is big because programmers who already know how to do something work in Russian offices and you have to pay normally there, otherwise they will just leave and the market has developed an understanding of this.
there are a huge number of people on Russian freelance who can do little even at the beginning of their career, they do not work to earn money, those who can do it are a serious minority there, so both the market and the customers are appropriate.
As always, if you wish, you can find any particular examples - a permanent person for 20 thousand, and a freelancer with a salary of 300k and vice versa

It's always trading, actually poker. In fact, the starting salary does not really matter. If you show yourself as a valuable specialist, whether freelancing or permanent, then you already dictate the conditions, because there is always a shortage of valuable specialists. If you are still studying or you are lazy or God has deprived you of talent, then of course it is better to get a contract and receive a guaranteed salary agreed upon at the interview.

well, firstly, it’s a safe deal and they can’t throw you away,
and so the work for the day is 6000, you work, let’s say, in a light schedule without days off, 180k comes out a month,
that’s the whole difference

You order for 6 tr. month going to do?
Typically, this is a day or two job. So multiply.
No one yet does one project and sits waiting for an answer - correspondence, the possibility of calling - processes can be lengthy in time. While the customer is silent, you place another order.
Well, nobody canceled passive income - you sit - it works. Experienced remote workers have it.
It is always worth developing the possibility of passive income - publishing premium solutions on a code canyon, code seller, etc.
