How to print in Firefox address bar only in english layout?

How to force Firefox to switch layout to English if the cursor is in the address bar?

I know that in different DE there are programs for binding the layout to this window. But what if I change the focus with the mouse or TAB within the same window and / or return to Firefox, where I previously wrote in the Russian layout?

The problem is quite pressing: I make a mistake when entering text into the address bar in the Russian layout several times a day (I don’t use the current layout indicator for usability reasons). I would like to add that I have never typed Cyrillic addresses in my entire life (I only followed links).

IMHO this is not correct, since addresses can be not only in the English layout.
Moreover, it is convenient to put an extension like Omnibar and use the address bar as a search bar.
And as a solution to the problem with changing layouts, I advise you to put different layouts in English and Russian and learn how to press them on the machine before any input.
