How to prevent IP leak when using proxy/VPN?

Hello.
I am very interested in the question of anonymity in the network, how to achieve the maximum.
For example, 2ip claims that the ip address is being leaked via Flash.
If someone knows solutions and ways to protect a real IP address, I will be grateful for this knowledge.
Thank you all in advance for your replies.

On the browser side, ban flashes and other plug-ins (provided there is no vulnerability in the browser that leads to the execution of arbitrary code). On the application side - no way, because applications can find out the list of available network adapters and merge to the left. Unless with the help of a firewall to ban everything from accessing the network, except for a few trusted applications.

if there is a key to the data center, then there is no problem to find out who you are ...
but you can still sit in vpn, through vpn. but if you're paranoid, then another proxy. and you can also use a torus ...
it turns out a multi-level sandwich ... it will be a little more difficult to calculate.

The maximum anonymity in the network is not to go to the network at all.
Describe in full what you want to achieve and under what conditions. And then your question is not much different from the notorious "underground knock".
