VPN in the system and browser. Will it work?

Hello. The question is, if vpn is enabled not only in the system (android), but also in the browser (opera vpn), will a double tunnel work? Or will the traffic be ignored and go only through the vpn browser? According to my logic, traffic first goes to the server to the system VPN, from there to the browser, and so on. And can it be verified?

Yes
, the VPN in opera is rather not such, consider it a proxy, for example, will the opera decrypt user traffic passing through their servers - the question is open.
And yes, in your configuration, opera will access the Internet through the system vpn, so there will be no way for web services to reveal your ip address (for example, through webrtc in the absence of a system vpn, your ip address can be obtained if the service raises a dummy client and connects to you via webrtc, even if vpn from opera is used)

It should, in theory, through the Android tunnel, because Opera does not have and never had a VPN.
