Дома и в офисе MacBook Pro 2017 подключен к Док-станции от Belkin, где через Thunderbolt Mac получает заряд и сеть, в отдает звук и картинку на монитор 4к.

Без малого за два года батарея сдохла. Заметил, что лаптоп начал не стоять на ножках, а кататься по столу на пузе. В сервисном сказали, что замена половины ноута нужна )) Батарея + трекпад + клавиатура + тачбар. Все идет целиком. 400 USD сказали.
Ну окей, скажем, заплатил я, а как бы так предупредить эту проблему в будущем? По сути, как я понимаю, то аккумулятор просто перезаряжается так или иначе и, соотвественно, происходит его медленное но уверенное вздутие. Таким образом, нужно поддерживать батарею в диапазоне от 15 до 95% и всё будет окей?

Как это реализовать программно?
