There is Android Studio and Android AVD (phone emulator)
Task:
Cut off the Internet on the device, not turning on the airplane mode in the device itself - checking what the program will do if it cannot reach the Internet.
So far, I could only solve it by cutting off the Internet on the host machine, which is inconvenient.
There must be some other solution, not so drastic ....
