How to prepare windows 10 for transfer to another hardware?

We use Acronis Universal Restore. Also Paragon utility has paragon p2p. Allows you to transfer to new hardware without any sisprepov.

There is a super pervert method:
You delete all firewood.
You delete everything that can be deleted in the device manager. USB controllers should not be removed, the mouse and keyboard will fall off.
Shut down the computer, re-plug the hard drive into a new one.
You start and right there on F8 you climb into safe mode. Waiting for it to download and install everything.
Then into a clean full reboot.
Works somewhere in 80% of cases.
