What about stopcode: BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIGINFO?

Bios is ok. Windows 10 blue screen right after last update. I can’t:
- nor start safe mode (critical error)
- I can roll back to the checkpoint, but then it stops (this was the first time, and the next time I try to roll back, it asks Turn on system security, although the checkbox is not set because it is not lit)
- I can't uninstall updates
- I can't reinstall Windows from the flash drive that rufus installed before, everything is as it should be. In the BIOS, I put the boot on uefi, reboot, select the flash drive in a small window, but the installation does not start, after enter on the uefi flash drive it flashes and returns to the window. I think due to the fact that the flash drive by default refers to the installed broken Windows.
There is a command line X:\windows\system32>
When you press cd C:\ does not give any data.
And the options where in the menu under the 4th item Reboot in safe mode, from 1 to 9 does not work and does not work.
I have a laptop Lenovo ideapad, ssd 128 GB
What can I type in cmd to enable admin or god mode and erase everything away? Or clean the ssd with third-party tools?

CD C:should open the disk. If it doesn't open, look for it. But it looks more like the disk is bad.

Reload the image -> boot from the flash drive via the boot-menu (F9/11/12/Esc - exactly written in the specifications of the hardware) -> do a system restore from the image and/or edit the registry files via the console. In theory it should help.
