How to add a manifest for a file from pyinstaller?

(I'm new to all this, I searched on Google, but did not find more or less clear information)
How to add a manifest when compiling a file in pyinstaller?
Tried

pyinstaller main.py --noconsole -F --manifest manifest.xml

manifest.xml:
