How to prepare for an interview at a company like Google, Facebook, etc.?

I heard that in addition to the main stack, they focus on algorithms (write code in an online IDE for a while or make the code work quickly, etc.) and questions like "tell me what's new you brought to your last company", "how did you deal with people in conflict" etc

PS. I interviewed at Amazon, but they don’t say which step failed.

You have to prepare for such interviews day after day, year after year, throughout your career. It will not work out just to get answers to certain questions, as with the exam. However, as experience shows, you can be a cool and well-known programmer with a lot of experience, whose application is used by Google employees themselves, but at the same time fill up an interview with them.
