How to choose a university in Moscow for an IT specialty with part-time / part-time education?

Can you please tell me a GOOD UNIVERSITY in Moscow in IT specialty, perhaps even with a correspondence / part-time education?
In my city (Kazan) there are many universities that teach in the direction of IT-specialty and computer science. But I think to work here and get an education in Moscow.
And what are the prospects for admission to universities in Moscow?

There is only one university left for IT education in the Russian Federation: ITMO, and it is not in Moscow, but in St. Petersburg.
If you really want Moscow, then the HSE Faculty of Computer Science shows great promise:
