How to power the GreenLaser laser module?

This one came with unsoldered wires.

The black wire can be seen where it should be soldered. And where to solder red? To the body?
And what to feed? Are terminating resistors necessary? What kind of variable or resistor or capacitor on the module and why is it needed?

The components are not visible, but apparently, the simplest driver is already there.
As a rule, black is ground (-), red is plus (+).
I see the power button, the variable resistor did not find something. Yes, and there is nothing to adjust there. Connect to 2 batteries ... The current will "take" what it needs. Found that no more than 350mA
