Also asked the same question. I use the sms-ka.net service, they proposed a new project - a survey by sms. Those. cafe visitors sent their opinion to the toll-free number, for example, food 5, service 4, etc... The information board of the survey was on each table. After sending SMS, they gave a 10% discount on the next visit. thus, they collected the client base and tracked the quality of their institution. For me, this is easier than sending an SMS with a link to the survey.
