How to point one of the network cards to a VirtualBox VM?

On a computer with Win7, 2 network cards are installed, each cable is connected to the Internet from different providers. It is necessary to configure the work as follows, use one Internet only on the host, and use the other network card only on virtual machines.
Could you tell me how to build such routes? I am especially interested in how to choose the main network card for Windows, so that even if there is no Internet on it, it would not be taken from the second card, which is intended only for virtual machines.

There are several ways:
-NAT the card, then you can use the card in parallel with your main Windows (your host) or with any other virtual machine. [settings are made on the host, not the virtual machine]
- Network bridge.
then the card is completely given to the virtual machine, and the settings are already made on the virtual machine
