How to place the animation code on the site?

Help me please!
I made an animation for WordPress using Animate.css and wow.min.js
Everything works, but the animation closes the rest of the site. I suspect that I need to enclose this code in some tags, but I'm not sure.

Don't torture yourself. At current prices on freelance sites, you can order a site from 250 rubles.
Animations on the current site will only mess it up even more.
