How to place markers on a geo-referenced metro map?

Good afternoon. Please tell me, you need to make marks on the metro map, ideally it would be like in the Yandex map constructor, but with only the "metro map" layer. Unfortunately, there is no such layer. How to do it? Just placing 50+ tags on a picture seems silly to me, plus the binding will not work.

There was such a Metro project for everyone , it's a pity that it has sunk into oblivion.
You can take it as a basis, there are completely open licenses for code and data.
Well, or deal with OSM data yourself , extract routes, stops, and so on. And then render them into a map. But this is the way for real Jedi :)
Although if the routes are not needed and you can get by with purely platforms, then everything is just Studio for creating a style from MapBox .
