How is the habr feed initially built for the user? (in my opinion, not everything comes from those hubs to which he is subscribed, and even if all of them, then with different priorities, i.e. something can go far to the end)
Is it possible to somehow personalize the habr feed?
Is it possible to somehow hide the news that you do not want to read?

habrahabr.ru/feed/settings
Mark here the necessary (interesting to you) hubs. Just don't forget to click Save Settings.
Further it will be possible to see posts from these hubs in habrahabr.ru/feed/all
It is impossible to hide what is not interesting (you can just not read it).
habrahabr.ru/feed/all - everything from your feed in chronology
habrahabr.ru/feed/interesting - everything interesting from your feed.
PS There is also tmfeed.ru
