All other methods will return the app after that app has been updated in the store, even before updates. Why? Because the store does not know anything about your settings, and the store is a regular application. In fact, this is equivalent to if you delete the folder with the program on your phone, and Google Play will install it again when it is updated, but if Google Play knows that you deleted it, then it will not install it.
