How to permanently remove Windows 10 metro apps?

I delete the Windows 10 metro applications through Auslogics Boost Speed (Uninstall Manager), after a while Windows itself returns the deleted applications (I delete everything except the calculator and edge).
Deleted already 5 times, still come back. How to fix it and remove them permanently?

In the start menu - RMB on the application - delete. This is the only correct way to delete, and you must have a small software account. All other methods will return the app after that app has been updated in the store, even before updates. Why? Because the store does not know anything about your settings, and the store is a regular application. In fact, this is equivalent to if you delete the folder with the program on your phone, and Google Play will install it again when it is updated, but if Google Play knows that you deleted it, then it will not install it.
