How to permanently remove update KB5000808, KB5000822, KB5000809, KB5000802?

Everywhere it is advised to just uninstall this update

wusa /uninstall /kb:5000802
wusa /uninstall /kb:5000808
wusa /uninstall /kb:5000822
wusa /uninstall /kb:5000809

This method works, but only until the next updates.
I tried to completely disable updates (yes, bad, but not safe, etc...), but I need to print somehow.
Turned off the update center service, made an entrance from under the guest. It also denied access to the C:\Windows\System32\usoclient.exe file using this instruction .
But a couple of days have passed and users are calling again .... I go in and the service is on and alive.
What is a working way to permanently disable updates, even if it's not safe.

The easiest way is group policies
"Computer Configuration" - "Administrative Templates" - "Windows Components" - "Windows Update"
Setting automatic updates - disable
There is also an item somewhere "do not include drivers in updates" which can also be useful ( it will be possible to install through the device manager)
Now it will be possible to update manually

For users of the home version, I recommend

Turns it all on and off in one click
PS Of course they will be installed again, you delete them. Try to disable through the show and hide updates utility

Delete and immediately search for updates. When it shows them as available for installation - just hide them, no more annoying.
