There are three possibilities here:
1. You want to replace the built-in antivirus with another, external one. In this case, you don’t need to do anything at all , because when you install any external antivirus, the built-in one turns off automatically.
2. You want to get rid of anti-virus protection altogether - remove the built-in one, but do not add an external one. Well, on this perverted case, you have already been given answers here. But it's better not to do that.
3. You want to disable the built-in antivirus for a while(say, at the time of installing some kind of crack or key gene). To do this, Win10 has a standard switch: Settings - Updates and Security - Windows Security - Protection against viruses and threats - Settings for protection against viruses and other threats - Real-time protection engine (move to the side off).
