How to fix the alt key?

Alt has stopped working for me. When I press shift + alt - nothing happens, when I press alt + tab - switching happens simply between elements on the page, i.e. just as if the alt is not pressed. Both the right and left alt do not work.

There was something wrong with the keyboard. Switched to the mode for the poppy, then back to the mode for Windows - everything was ok.
