PrintScreen key not working!

Good day! Faced a problem, when you press the PrtScr key, a crunch appears (laptop, windows 7 Home). Most likely emergency reserves under the keyboard make themselves felt. How can I check if PrtScr works, except for the paste method in mspaint? What are the options? Thank you!

And the keyboard should be cleaned, since it’s already crunching, literally yesterday I cleaned it on my laptop (at the same time I solved problems with a cooler wedged from those same stocks).
