Installed a Dvorak layout for programmers. Problem: on the dvorak, all combinations became in other places, in the Russian layout - on the same ones that were in QWERTY. Is it possible to somehow wean Windows?

Try in the settings., language and regional standards, set the keyboard layout to Russian (typescript)
