In Ukraine, there are no problems with input / output from all payment methods common in the CIS, except for PayPal. I would prefer:
Visa/Mastercard, Privat24, LiqPay, Webmoney, QIWI, Yandex.Money, Skrill/Moneybookers, etc. (listed approximately in order of priority by cheapness).
There are many more transfer methods: SWIFT (bank, from account to account or card), card (Visa2Visa, etc.), urgent bank (PrivatMoney, Moneygramm, Western Union, Contact, Anelik, Unistream, Migom, etc.), Interkassa…
