How to pay for the work of a designer?
How does it usually happen? We are talking about web design (websites, interfaces). It is clear that this is how you agree, but are there any standards? How much should be prepaid? How would you work?

I am a web designer, and if the question is "how" I get paid for the work, then they simply throw off the money on the card.
The most important thing I talk about with a client before I take an advance payment from him is the conditions. Usually these are answers to the simplest questions:
1. What happens if you don't like the design?
2. What happens if the work is completed by +20% and the order was cancelled?
3. What will happen if a second or third option is required?
4. What happens if there are more edits than 3 episodes?
5. What will happen if there are any changes in the TK.
When all these issues are resolved, and the customer and I are satisfied with the conditions, he transfers 50% of the advance payment to me before the start of the project and 50% after the end. But the conditions may vary, depending on the individual situation.
