How to pass verification on Upwork if the level of English is very low?

I received a notification about the need to verify my account, I have a very low level of English (I read the text intuitively, I translate if something is not clear, I use Google translator, it is very difficult to translate someone's speech). What would you advise in this case?

I would advise against going to Upwork in that case.
Well, or at least google this annoying question on the Toaster.
