How to pass verification on Upwork if someone else's photo is in the profile?

Hey! Faced such a problem. A few years ago, I created an account on Upwork, where I uploaded someone else's profile photo, because. there was no suitable personal photograph at hand. I just didn’t attach any importance to it then, because. I was not sure that I would work at this exchange at all. In the end, I still threw acquaintance with this platform on the back burner and returned to it only a few days ago. I submitted a couple of applications and on the same day they took me to a decent project, which I successfully completed. The amount turned out to be quite decent, the customer was good.
But the problem is that today I got this notification: "Action required: To avoid additional account restrictions, you must complete your identity verification video call with Upwork. You can initiate this call by chatting with an agent here". To tell the truth, I did not even suspect that this could be, because. used to work only on fl, where there is nothing like this at all. I didn’t read the user agreement, of course) So, I have 2 questions:
1. They won’t let me withdraw money until I verify my account, do I understand correctly? Or will the withdrawal be blocked only after receiving the message: "Financial transactions for XXX have been limited"?
1. Is it really possible to go through this verification via video link with someone else's profile photo, try to somehow explain the situation and all that, or will they immediately send me to the ban?) (I even look a little like him, if anything. But not much)
Many thanks in advance to those who respond.

Change the photo to yours. Explain everything honestly if asked.
When I checked, they found fault with the city. I wrote the nearest major city, not the suburb where I live. They said that the city should be as in the documents. I said ok, they changed it themselves and approved the verification.
