How to pass TV parameter for modal window?

A block with popular products is displayed on the site through Ditto.

Each product is a separate resource. When you click on the "Order" button, a modal window opens with a feedback form.

How to pass the value of the TV parameter [*pagetitle*] to the form?
When substituting on the page itself into the form, everything is clear, the TV of the active page is used there, but I don’t understand how to transfer the value of the resource to the modal window in another page.
