Does the site break when you connect a chunk?

Good afternoon, a problem was discovered, I don’t understand anything at all) I
insert a condition into the page template:

Chunk worksteps:

And half of the page breaks, scripts are not connected, part of the content that comes after this code is also not loaded.
BUT if you put it in just code instead of checking and calling a chunk, then everything works well.
I don't know much about MODX, what could be the reason, please tell me

In the getImageList call, put the code in the &tpl line in another chunk, it might help.
