Is it possible to use Fenom and modParser at the same time?

Already have a site on MODX, but suddenly needed to use Fenom for one function. Is it possible to use it simultaneously with modParser, so that, for example, in one chunk there is 306407 and {$_modx->resource.tv_param}?
And also explain, please, how to install Fenom, otherwise I didn’t find instructions on the Internet, but somewhere it’s just written that it works by default or that you need to enable pdotools_fenom_parser in the system settings, but it simply isn’t there.
upd Now I decided to google for the hundredth time and still found clear installation instructions (if anyone finds it useful, you just need to install the pdoTools package, and only then enable pdotools_fenom_parser in the system settings)

You can use both fenom and regular syntax. But it's better to use only fenom (not to use modParser - we lose speed)
