The page has the ability to sort by price and name, as well as the choice of the number of displayed products by 6 12 24 48 products. If you switch to the list view and then do the squaring, the page reloads in block mode. How to pass a parameter responsible for displaying the list to the link generation function so that the view does not change when sorting?

Store the directory output type in a cookie (or session) of the user.
+ No need to transfer anything. Set a cookie and reload the page.
+ There is no need to "remember" this anywhere when the user walks through the directory, it is especially convenient if there are several directories and are used in conjunction with the filter.
