How easy is it to transfer a Bitrix site to the local Open Server?

Good afternoon!
I need to deploy a website on my computer for testing and layout. I do not quite understand how it is easier and more correct to do this and what files need to be edited.
If by direct transfer, then in addition to transferring the database, do I need to pull out the entire /sitename folder or exactly /sitename/www?

Is there another way? For example, is it possible in this case to drag the restore.php file through the Bitrix backup?

And is it possible to download the site through the admin panel?

Transfer using Bitrix. First, run a file permissions check (System check - Access check /bitrix/admin/site_checker.php). If everything is OK, create a backup , then deploy to a new location via restore.php, having previously prepared access to the Mysql database.
PS: It is convenient to use bitrix vm on win10 pro by running the image on hyper v.

You yourself answered. Deploy the backup through restore.php. The easiest way. The script, by the way, checks the server parameters during installation, if anything tells you what to tweak.

Bitrix has a full-time virtual machine with an environment configured specifically for it - especially for such cases.
What the hell is having sex with an OpenServer?
To then have it the same when unloading the update?
