Why doesn't password recovery work?

Look in the
b_event table if the letter from Bitrix was
successfully
sent
the value is Y.
If the value is not Y, then you need to turn on the display of all errors, check whether the agent for sending letters is working, try to send any simple letter using a third-party script.
