Payment is successful.
In payment options from Sberbank, it is possible to pay using the application.
1) the buyer selects the appropriate item on the Sberbank payment page
2) after which, a push notification is sent to the specified number that it is possible to make a payment using the Sberbank mobile application
3) the buyer logs in to the application and makes the payment. But if before paying the buyer closed the payment page on the side of the site, then Bitrix does not receive information that the payment has been made.
Sberbank responded as follows:
The plugin changes the status of the order if there was a successful redirect to the successful payment page, in this way it receives information about the successful payment of the order.
If the transition was not completed (the page was closed), the payment plugin cannot receive information about the status of the order.
To avoid such situations, we recommend enabling Callback notifications (notifications sent via the software interface when the order status changes)
