How to pass a sudden interview in an IT company?

Greetings!

I think almost every one of us who graduated, faced with a job search and an important step in getting a job - an interview. But sometimes it happens that immediately after graduation you get a job directly, without interviews in the usual sense of the word and you simply don’t get the necessary experience. That's how it happened to me.

Now it so happened that I was looking for a job, and a large IT company suddenly became interested in my modest resume and invited me for an interview, appointing it for the day after tomorrow. The position in the company is associated with the implementation of CRM-systems.

On the Internet of articles and information " how to pass an interview for dummies"- at least a dime a dozen. But it seems to me, in connection with the circumstances, you can try to ask advice from the habrazhites.

How to pass a sudden interview?
What to read for the rest of the day?
What to pay attention to first of all?

I would be grateful for advice and help.

UPD: By I’ll tell you briefly how it all went in the comments. First of all, thanks for the various tips
, I put many of them (mostly about calmness) into practice.
written :)
Sample questions - what do you know about our company, what vacancies are you interested in, what is CRM itself, questions about past experience and skills. The interview ended with a question about the expected salary level and an offer to ask a few of my own questions :) In general, the most important thing, as I read and managed to make sure for myself, is not to worry. With this task, I believe that I coped.
According to the results of the interview, I didn’t get a job - obviously there were other candidates for open vacancies, more worthy :) But for some reason I’m sure that the reason for the refusal is definitely not my “unsuccessful” interview. I gained valuable experience and put into practice the tips written below - many thanks to everyone!

You are confident! You are calm and relaxed, but at the same time remain focused. Superficial knowledge brings you understanding and thereby reinforces this knowledge. Thoughts are directed only towards a positive outcome of the interview. At the interview you will answer confidently and with all your words, gestures, facial expressions and voice you will demonstrate your confidence in your excellent understanding of the subject. Beforehand, you will mentally replay a successful interview like a talented actor before a play. You imagine that an inexperienced specialist has come to you and you will try to tell him clearly and in colors about these very systems.
Everything will work out for you! Good luck ;)

Don't worry.
You already have work experience.
If they don’t take it, they won’t take it, life doesn’t end there. Once one large company is interested in you, they will be interested in you again.
Dress in clothes that make you feel confident and comfortable. If this is a suit, then in a suit, if jeans and a sweater, then jeans and a sweater, etc.
And, in the end, it's not you who imposes on them, they themselves want you. This fact alone should inspire you :)

I advise you not to worry. Look at the situation differently. It's not you who need a job with them, it's them who need a specialist. So there is nothing to worry about, if you have the knowledge and skills, you will not be left idle.

The main thing is to be calm and not forget what you know, in a couple of days you will learn little new and master it.

Be yourself, do not dissemble and do not try to deceive. If you don't know something, it's best to say so.
The employer will be pleasantly surprised if in such a short time you read at least a couple of articles on the “implementation of CRM systems”, if at least in general terms you know what it is about. This will show that you are truly interested in the position.
Try to make a good impression (be punctual and neatly dressed), if you are not hired right away, you may be contacted after some time or recommended to colleagues.

It is very important to make a good impression, to show your interest.
Here they write that it is the employer who needs the employee - this is not so. Both parties are interested.

The less you worry about it, the greater the chance that they will take it.

In principle, at the interviews that I went to, they asked the most basic minimum (OOP postulates, server-client - what is it? transactions to the database) and all sorts of logical puzzles (how to determine which coin is fake after 2 weighings, if it has less weight) .
More complex and specific questions - that he answered no, but in principle he said what I think, without trying to remember, if anything - “I don’t know this yet, but I can learn it.”
Good luck to you.

It is most effective to “play out” the interview with a friend several times.

Look at the company. If they are infected with the American style of interviewing, then study the requirements for the job (if you have any) and read about the things that you have not encountered before in the job.
But usually all interviews come down to a discussion of what you did before and the details of your future work. Those. no one will test you for knowledge of the theory.

There is no time to improve knowledge, you can only prepare for self-presentation:
1) Normal clothes (you can wear a suit for an infiltrator, if you have to work with a customer, then appearance is very important).
2) Listen carefully to the questions. 4 out of 5 people at the interview to the question "what tools did you work with at your last job?" answer for 10 minutes about anything, without naming the instruments. Answer EXACTLY the question that is asked - this is important.
3) In order not to be afraid, think over the most-most-most terrible outcome of events if the interview does not go well. It turns out that he is not so scary, and there is nothing to be afraid of :)
4) Do not think that your task at the interview is to please. In fact, your task is to understand what kind of work is offered (far from the fact that it suits you!) And show yourself as you really are.
5) Tell us later about the results :)
