How to parse a Java website using selenium webdriver?

Good afternoon. I'm new to programming and ran into a parsing problem. I used the Json library and it worked very well, but I can't pull it to some sites. I read that 20-30% of Json sites do not pull, but Selenium will cope with this problem. I can not understand how to connect it and how to use it too. Maybe there is some instruction on what to download from and how to connect, well, what realties example of its use (you can also video tutorials).
