Working with custom api pyflightdata for flightradar24 service?

There is a service for tracking aircraft www.flightradar24.com. It doesn't have a public api.
There is a custom python solution that I can't figure out how it works at all)

task is to get any answer, preferably in C#. It is possible by means of for example postman. But you need to understand the steps of the solution so that you can write your own version in C #.
Maybe someone can help figure it out, or someone has worked with this and there are examples.
Well, or alternatives in extreme cases with which it is convenient to work.
