How to parse sofascore.com correctly?

Good evening. I became interested in such a question, how to parse the sports site sofascore.com. Essentially, I only want static data of matches played, let's say tennis, with updates after the match, and matches that are coming up. If I understand correctly, after reading Google, then a simple parser on the html page cannot get off here, and you need to somehow catch requests sent by scripts.
