How to overlay your own layer on the map to draw objects?

There is a need to draw houses from a construction drawing in the form of polygons on Yandex or Google maps.

In fact, I need to combine this image with a real map and stick the corners of the polygons, then overlay them through the API of the same Yandex maps. Only neither in Yandex nor in the Google editor is it possible to overlay your own picture.
How can I do it? Maybe with the help of some stationary software? Comp macbook

1) Take QGIS
2) Stretch the image (attach the raster) to satellite images
3) Create a polygonal layer and circle the houses in it
4) Save the layer in geojson
5) Add it to Yandex / Google / to taste
