Google Earth automate work and save results to Excel?

There are reference tags in Google Earth. The task is to import new marks, find the nearest reference mark for each new mark, record the results in Excel, indicating the name of the nearest reference mark, the distance and direction from the reference to the new mark, and so on for each new mark. In which direction to dig to automate the process? Thank you.

towards the Google Earth API in conjunction with VB / VBA / C # / Any other language with which you can work with the Google Earth API and process Excel tables.

Load points into a geospatial database and get the desired result in a couple of queries. And, well, unload, if desired, back to csv.
