How to overcome the Internet technical support service from Beeline?

Hello. Such a problem - for almost a year they were connected to the Internet from the beeline - everything was fine until today.
In the morning the network broke and since then the connection does not want to see in any way (as if the cable is not connected).
Most likely, a wire was broken in the entrance, or our port burned out near the switch in the attic.
We called technical support, they told us that in Tula all the masters are super mega-busy and they will be able to come only ... on March 21! In a month and a half!
You yourself understand that this is tin, but it seems that there are not many options - I would have looked myself, but the attic is locked, and in the house they won’t give the key to anyone.

Are there any options, for example, to reach the top of the beeline (they called the customer service, they shrugged and offered to wait)?
Maybe someone has already fought with the Beeline support service?

I assure you. In Tula, all Beeline technicians are really busy. Infa 100%.
Cheat code: Leave a request to connect IPTV.

Useless. habrahabr.ru/blogs/i_am_angry/79025/ - since then I have been repairing L2TP.
Just connect to another provider, my advice to you from my experience with them.

Raise the contract, there should be a response time to various accidents. If they cannot, let them recalculate the monthly fee.
And the key to the attic should be at the house. government or neighbors, you say that you need something there and they must give it.

Persuade the neighbors to connect the Internet and catch the technician, or connect iptv and they will come to you personally

In order for the specialists to start working, it is necessary to create a negative opinion about you at the technical support service. That is, call them 5-10 times and constantly press that you raise the contract, that the beeline is obliged to provide certain services under the contract, etc. Operators have a special field for additional information about the client. Make a scandal to them 5 times - they put in the @ field, that is, they mark you as a client with whom you need to be careful and the quality of service increases.
The information is confirmed by familiar experts from Beeline. I myself did a similar trick (with beeline and VTK). Now the service is great. One call and the problem is solved in half a day. The truth is they never call back.

Even if you find the key to the attic, the iron is in metal boxes locked with a lock :)
It's easier to change the provider with such an attitude towards the client.

I had the same situation with Beeline (I was on a normal provider, but after moving I decided to try something new). Even daily calls for 2 months and posts on their forum did not help. As a result, I switched to the old provider, I don’t know if they fixed it there or not yet :) I managed to use the Internet from Beeline exactly 4 days. However, unlike your situation, each time the operator (and specialists too) told me that they would fix it in the next couple of days (and so for 2 months), and you were immediately given a real waiting period :) My advice to you is to connect to another provider .

There was a similar situation - the Internet fell off. They offered to send a fitter in a month. I agreed and the next day I connected to another operator. I don’t even know if the fitter came or not.
With a beeline, I don’t want to have common affairs yet. Sitting for a month without the Internet is stupid.
