How to overcome the barrier of transition from theory to practice?

I studied the basics of layout, php, js and for now I just solve problems on CodeWars. But as I begin to imagine what to do next, the stupor and, in general, all desire disappears, everything seems so overly complicated. Actually, how to start doing something already, and what to start doing? How to understand all these complexities with MVC, root, OOP, frameworks, etc. In short, I'm confused...

forget about frameworks, MVS and OOP
don’t clog your brains with this now
until you understand these things,
write your code on foot to China and
you’ll come to all this later

desire disappears
and this is a wake-up call. maybe not yours?

I understand you perfectly , it
turned out to be hard for me personally to learn frameworks,
I stupidly do everything myself - I invent wonderful bicycles,
study css js html and a little php - and stupidly make a forum or blog or social network from scratch
in three years you will gain enlightenment

Personally, all these CodeWars and the academy code did not help me.
The slogan "just do it" really helps.
1. You watch a video lesson, don’t sit and eat popcorn, but immediately repeat, and after the lesson you erase everything and write yourself.
2. Find a book according to what you learn and after each chapter, try everything in practice (many books also have puzzles).
3. Look for puzzles based on what you are studying and try to solve them yourself.
It has already been proven in practice that read the theory at least 10 times, review the lessons, but there will be 0 sense.

Get ready for work. At least a coder.
