How to overcome mental attachment to one business model?
Hello everyone
Three years ago I tried to open my own business, as a result I went through 4 different projects. One of them came in and I began to receive certain money.
Now I am faced with the fact that I want to try something new, since the old one is already fed up. As a result, I start to calculate different ideas, different models - and I don’t like everything. In the end, everything again comes down to what I do (well, in a slightly different form).
I read in books on business that entrepreneurs often face this when after a certain time they can no longer think differently than they are used to in business
. How can this be overcome?

All business models are reduced to several categories, so it is hardly possible to come up with a model that will be something fundamentally new in relation to the previous model. After all, you produce a product or service and sell it. These are already two models into which the entire existing business can be divided. Something fundamentally different lies only in the field of crime)
I want to try something new, because the old one is already fed up.
Let's think together.
What do you want in the end, imagine you already have a business for $ 1,000,000 a month, what would you be doing then?
"In the end, it all comes down to what I do again (well, maybe in a slightly different form)." If it works and works as it should, what's the problem? Diversity? Try to improve the existing model, also a kind of challenge.
New ideas are born in communication with other people.
As for the idea of a business - when talking to people, look for their problem, which is poorly solved and which you can solve better. Also look at idea banks.
As for the business model - get to know and communicate more with other entrepreneurs, look carefully at their business models, and discuss.

Hello,
The solution to your question may be to expand your view of your model and what is nearby. I know it sounds a bit pretentious, but it's simple.
There are excellent tools for developing ingrained business models and the search for new opportunities - both a turn in a completely different direction, and the improvement of existing positions.
If you are interested in looking for new ways, I suggest discussing this in a dialogue, here are my contacts .
