How to overcome drowsiness and apathy during the day?
Often there is such a state that it is difficult to force myself to start doing work, especially considering that I work for myself, it is not easy to overcome a drowsiness or apathy. I used to drink coffee, it helped for a couple of hours, but then the opposite effect arose and after 2 hours I suddenly began to fall asleep even more. Therefore, it was decided to quit coffee, I haven’t been drinking for almost a year, but I feel that there is a catastrophic lack of energy. I live in a country where almost many things are legalized, but I'm not sure that this is a panacea. I go in for sports 5 times a week, it helps a little, but also not a panacea. PS. I sleep 8-10 hours a day.

Stop playing at night :) Normalize the regime - go to bed in the evening, not in the morning, get up in the morning, not in the evening :)

This is not a question for Habr, but for medicine. A good doctor will check non-obvious blood counts and recommend a solution. Drink vitamins such and such, give up something in nutrition, lean on something else.
Also had the same problem. I ended up falling asleep at lunchtime. Ate - went to bed. The alarm clock wakes up at 5 minutes. Approximately 25-30 minutes of time to sleep. After lunch you work like you just started and full of energy.
