How to organize work between developers?

Good afternoon, perhaps a stupid question, but please tell me how to properly and conveniently organize work between developers? There is a site that is divided into a pro version and a test version, very often we make minor edits (something is wrong with the text, add and replace something, etc.) and we often have to edit several files on the pro version and the test version versions. There is also github for version control. How to organize work in a team so that each team member can upload the release to ftp and github?
