How to organize the exchange of information between AT ESP8266 + Arduino and a computer?

Please help me to understand:
1) How to connect to the server from a computer that turns on the ESP (AT+CIPSERVER=1,3030)? (ideally from node js)
2) How to share information?
Do not judge strictly. I am newbie.
