How to load a track directly into code?

Any signal is a code, so I would like to know if it is possible to load it into an arduino? Without using an additional memory card. If anyone knows, please tell me how. Thanks in advance.

Can. As an array of bytes. Create an array of bytes, and fill it with the necessary data. If only there was enough memory (RAM and ROM).

But personally I would use external memory
