How to organize the distribution of the Internet in a mobile camp?

For a mobile camp, we need to distribute the Internet using wifi to a significant number of users (about 100-150 people at a time). Prompt any technical decision (WDS and a heap of points?). Any low cost high performance access points?

The Internet will most likely be taken from Yota. Or through their wifi router or through a laptop with a whistle, again, can you advise? 3G in the area drops instantly.

I think there will be 82 out of 100 people with torrents in autoload, and not an iota will be enough. It is best to give each one a separate modem. Agree with local networks about a discount-promotion, and “give” to the participants, including it in the ticket price.
I myself sat in the office several times from an iota, although there were four, it was terrible, although this could be a network congestion in principle for the center of Moscow during working hours. with beeline wi-fi was better, but still bad, now instead of an office we rent an apartment with a dedicated home line.
Although iota updated the networks yesterday. I don't know how it is now. I recommend giving everyone a modem.

For 100 one-time wifi connections, nothing cheap will survive, it will constantly hang, the only thing that comes to mind is the following scheme:
Wifi point Cisco WAP2000-G5 - 5,130 rubles. www.ulmart.ru/goods/273637/ (this is just a wifi point, there is no router in it, it must hold> 100 wifi connections, because it is designed for small business)
and an Internet center from YOTA www.yota.ru/ru /buy/ (there is no price on the website yet, only yesterday they started selling, according to rumors for 14999 rubles they are sold at Yota points of sale
) cisco

Centralized Internet distribution in this kind of camp means a single point of failure. It is much more efficient, in my opinion, to stock up on several cheap modem + router kits. Don't forget to spread it across different channels!
And ask people not to use torrents and other heavy stuff.
