I wondered how to accept payments on my website without interest for intermediaries and aggregators. As far as I understand, it is necessary to conclude some kind of agreement with each payment system? Do I need to have an IP for this?
The main directions are Webmoney, Yandex.Direct, Credit cards.

You can't accept without interest. It makes no sense for any payment system to give you the opportunity to accept payments without interest.
Credit cards can be accepted either through a bank (the percentage will be at the level of 1.5-3%), or through processing centers (Payonline, Robokassa, etc.; percentage - 3-5%).
If you conclude an agreement with Yandex, then when withdrawing funds, they will withdraw about 4-5%.
At the first stage, you can do without IP, but in the future you will need it. Therefore, it is best to do this as soon as possible.
